Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyHobbyist (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use MyHobbyist. Users under 18 must have parental consent and supervision.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Do not upload or share content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features.

5. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant MyHobbyist a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Event Participation & Liability

MyHobbyist is a platform for connecting users. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any event. Participation is at your own risk. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the UAE and their own jurisdictions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law and other applicable laws, MyHobbyist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, international law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
